Michelle Simmons, Controller

 

Ms. Simmons has more than 35 years of accounting and forecasting experience in the oil & gas industry, with both publicly-held and private-equity backed companies.  She started her career with Union Texas Petroleum and worked for Apache Corporation, CMS Oil & Gas Company, Black Elk Energy along with time with smaller oil and gas companies.  Ms. Simmons joined the Empresa team in 2018. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
